Hit the trails of Rocky Woods as a solo runner or with your dog (attached by a harness) in the 2nd annual Life Goes On Foot & Paw Trail Run, a charity event to benefit Life Goes On After TBI. Participate as an individual by running or walking the 5k or by running the 10k or you can run or walk with your dog in the 2.5 mile canicross or dog walk. Life Goes On After TBI is a 501(c)3 charity that supports the survivors of traumatic brain injuries (TBI) by fundraising, educating and distributing grants to help offset the expense of treatments and therapies that support a TBI survivor‘s recovery journey. 7:30am: Packet pick-up begins 8:20am: Pre-race announcements, national anthem 8:30am: Start of the 2.5 mile canicross 9:00am: Start of the 10k 9:05am: Start of the 5k 9:30am (est): Awards - canicross 10:15am (est): Awards - 10k and 5k

WHEN: Monday September 30 @ 7:30pm (they close at 10pm) WHERE: Time Out Market 401 Park Dr, Boston, MA 02215 MEETING SPOT: tables are first come first serve first serve.
